Designhaus Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Designhaus. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, membership services, workspace rentals, and all bookings made through our platform. By accessing or using Designhaus services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Designhaus

Designhaus provides private offices, coworking areas, conference rooms, event space, and access to industry showrooms for designers, architects, and builders. We operate at:

2. Booking Policies

2.1 Booking Platform

All workspace, conference room, and event space reservations are managed through AllBooked, where real-time availability is shown. Payments are processed through Stripe.

​

2.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when booking or creating an account.

​

2.3 Payment

Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.
Designhaus does not store credit card information; Stripe manages all payment data securely.

​

2.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be non-refundable, subject to management discretion.

3. Membership Terms

3.1 Eligibility

Membership is available to professionals in design, architecture, construction, and adjacent creative industries.

​

3.2 24/7 Access

Members may receive 24/7 access credentials. Unauthorized sharing of access codes, key fobs, or entry methods is strictly prohibited.

​

3.3 Included Amenities

Depending on membership type, you may receive access to:

  • Private office space

  • A set number of conference room hours per month

  • Industry showroom access

  • High-speed Wi-Fi

  • On-site parking

  • Coffee, tea, water

  • Event spaces (additional fees may apply)

​

Specific membership details will be outlined in your individual agreement.

​

3.4 Member Conduct

Members agree to follow all Designhaus Member Guidelines, including:

  • Keeping the space clean and professional

  • Respecting noise levels

  • Treating members and staff with courtesy

  • Reserving meeting rooms responsibly

  • Securing personal belongings

Violation of guidelines may result in access restrictions or membership termination.

​

4. Workspace Use

4.1 Private Offices

  • Offices are rented monthly or by the day (pricing varies).

  • Members must keep their workspace tidy and professional for guests and other members.

  • Long-term modifications or installations require prior approval.

​

4.2 Conference Room

  • Must be booked in advance through AllBooked.

  • Members exceeding their monthly included hours may be charged additional fees.

  • Daily or non-member rentals must pay conference room fees separately.

​

4.3 Event Space

  • Pricing varies depending on event type, duration, and setup.

  • Designhaus reserves the right to approve or deny event types.

5.1 Inquiry Forms

5.2 Automated Emails

By booking or contacting us, you consent to receive automated confirmations, reminders, and essential service updates.

You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time.

6. Property & Security

6.1 Personal Property

Designhaus is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

​

6.2 Access Control

  • Sharing access credentials is prohibited.

  • Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of membership.

​

6.3 Safety

Members must report spills, hazards, or building concerns to staff immediately.

​

7. Showroom Access

Designhaus members enjoy access to:

  • Denver Flooring & Finishes showroom

  • Virtual showrooms from partnered vendors

Use of these showrooms must follow vendor-specific rules and staff guidance.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the site

  • Reproduce or distribute website content without permission

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue website features at any time.

9. Photography & Media

9.1 Onsite Photography

Members may photograph their own work or client meetings but must avoid photographing other members or proprietary displays without consent.

9.2 Marketing Use

With permission, Designhaus may feature images of events, rooms, or the workspace in marketing materials.

​

10. Events, Workshops & Community Use

Designhaus may host workshops, trainings, open houses, or networking events.

​

Participation is voluntary.


Refund or cancellation policies vary by event.

​

11. Termination & Suspension

Designhaus may suspend or terminate membership or booking access if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Guidelines are repeatedly violated

  • Misuse of the space or access systems occurs

  • Illegal activity is suspected

​

No refunds are issued for terminated memberships due to violations.

​

12. Liability

By using Designhaus facilities, you agree that:

  • You assume all risks associated with workspace use

  • Designhaus is not liable for injuries, accidents, property damage, or business losses

  • You will indemnify Designhaus from claims arising from misuse of the space, equipment, or facilities

​

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.


Updated Terms will be posted online with a revised date.


Continued use of Designhaus services means acceptance of the updated Terms.
